Fuse is a Zurich-based collective co-founded and run by Johanna Roth, Anna Hew, and Cecilia Etterlin. For this edition, they partnered with Löwenbräu Kunst and invited us to create an installation for the two-day show.
Together with Lara Roos, I conceived an installation centered on flowers, suspended from C-stands, casting reflections and shadows across the space. Three spherical clusters of plants, gently stirred by the wind and the movement of passersby, were wrapped in silver foil that acted as a reflector and lit from within. This created a subtle interplay of light and shadow. Not only on the surfaces of the plant spheres themselves, but especially on the wall behind them.
